Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7000abc ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://7000abc.net and all associated gaming services, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency and Exchange

If a deposit is initiated from an international card or account in a foreign currency, your card issuer or bank will apply its standard foreign exchange conversion rate, for which 7000abc bears no responsibility.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 7000abc is governed by these Terms together with any product-specific rules applicable to individual games, sports markets, or betting formats. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall apply to the relevant betting or gaming activity.

Sports Betting

• Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time without notice where circumstances require it (e.g., a break in play, a technical issue, or a significant event).

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7000abc platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or impersonating another individual at any stage of account registration or operation.
• Money laundering: Using the 7000abc platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 7000abc is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Closure by You

Suspension or Closure by 7000abc

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7000abc will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or conflict with a legal obligation. Where closure is due to a breach of Terms, 7000abc is not obligated to refund any balance held in the account until the investigation is complete and a determination is made.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any outstanding balance resulting from those settlements will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, unless the closure was initiated due to prohibited conduct. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering status.
